1. What is NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)?
NLP is the art and science of understanding how our mind works—how we think, speak, and create patterns that shape our reality. Think of it as a user’s manual for your brain. It helps you identify the subconscious programs that keep you stuck, and gives you the tools to change them so you can create new results in your life.
In simple words: if you’ve ever wondered why you keep repeating the same patterns, reacting the same way, or doubting yourself even when you know better—NLP is the missing link.

2. What is Ericksonian Hypnosis?
Unlike the old myths about hypnosis, Ericksonian Hypnosis is not about losing control—it’s about gaining it back. It’s a natural, relaxed state of focus, where your conscious mind can rest and your subconscious (the part of you that stores emotions, memories, and automatic patterns) can open up to positive change.
Through metaphors, gentle language, and deep relaxation, you access a state where transformation feels effortless.
What a session with me looks like
In our hypnosis sessions, you remain fully aware, safe, and in control at all times. My role is to guide you into a calm and resourceful state where your subconscious mind can:

3. What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that works on the principle that everything is energy—including your body, your thoughts, and your emotions. Sometimes, stress, trauma, or daily life can create “blocks” in your energy flow, leaving you feeling drained, anxious, or out of balance. Reiki helps restore harmony by gently releasing those blocks and activating your body’s natural ability to heal.
What a session with me looks like
During a Reiki session, you simply lie down comfortably, fully clothed, while I place my hands lightly on or above your body. There’s no need to do anything—your only “task” is to relax and receive. People often experience warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of peace.
Reiki can help you:

Why my approach is unique
What makes my work special is the way I integrate these three disciplines—NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Reiki—depending on what you need in the moment. Sometimes you’ll need practical tools for your mind, other times deep subconscious release, and other times pure energy alignment. My role is to listen deeply, adapt intuitively, and guide you toward lasting change in a safe and empowering space.
4. Women’s Circles – A New Way Forward
Most women’s circles tend to focus on revisiting wounds, sharing the pain of the past, and processing what once was. And while that has its value, over the years I’ve discovered something profound: real transformation happens when we shift our attention from the pain into the pleasure, from what has been into what we’re ready to become.
In my circles, we don’t stay in the story of who you were. We step into the energy of who you are becoming. Together, we create a space where you no longer just talk about your life—you embody the woman who already lives it.
Because when you begin to feel it, your body and mind learn it as your new truth. You start walking out of the circle not as someone trying to heal her old self, but as the woman who is already living the life you’ve been dreaming of.
This is not about ignoring your past. It’s about recognizing that your past is not your destiny. Every time we meet, you get to practice a new identity, a new vibration, a new story. One where joy, expansion, and possibility are the compass.
